The Beach Clean-Up
Sofia sees a video about plastic in the ocean. She wants to help. A group cleans the beach every Sunday. Sofia joins. They give her gloves and a bag. She collects bottles, bags, and straws. Under a rock, she finds a glass bottle. Inside is a note: “I was here. 2019.” Sofia keeps the note. She cleans the beach every month now. The beach looks cleaner.
